SAP S4HANA CLOUD ERROR: The current application has intentionally triggered

Dear Expert,

we are facing the error "The current application has intentionally triggered" when we try to save a document, for example goods receipt, supplier invoice or billing document.

Could you please help us to understand which could be the cause?
