Crystal Report Server XI Full Product Activation

I'm trying install Crystal Reports Server XI and when I put in my product activation number in I'm getting an error message saying my keycode isn't valid. We bought the product through a vendor (CDW) a while back. Im trying to find out where we can I register to get the full product activation keycode.
