No SPRO contents after installing UIDP 100 and UIDPUI5 100 as per Master note 2980561

Hello SAP Team

We referred Note 2980561 and downloaded the SAP S/4HANA MASKING 2011 using maintenance planner.

After the installation is complete for above components, we checked SPRO -> SAP NetWeaver based on the SAP Help documentation but there is no tree visible for "UI Data Protection Masking for SAP S/4HANA" as mentioned in the note 2692908 - Considerations Note - UI Data Protection Masking for SAP S/4HANA

Can you please provide some insight ?

Hi Yatin,

As per the details mentioned in the note 2980561, We performed all manual steps provided in the note 3013216.

but still we cannot see the node in SPRO, can you please help .

It's been a while since we had this issue but looking at the note 3013216 , it should get you the SPRO node.

We used this on S/4HANA 1909.

But to use it, you still need to apply all those additional notes .. SAP's documentation on this add-on is very poor and our company is very disappointed with the quality of the product. Too fragile and too much manual work.
