I have some query that we cannot allow user to have access to SM30/SM34 since they only need access to view the data only. So we proposed to view the table in SE16 but the system doesn't allow since the table still calling SM30. May I know if there is any way to view these kind of table without giving access to tcode SM30/SM34?

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with: https://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers, as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members.

For example, you can:

- outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful)

- share screenshots of what you've seen/done

- make sure you've applied the appropriate tags

- use a more descriptive subject line

The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to respond. Feel free to also take our Q&A tutorial at: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/community-qa.html

Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit.

Hi Muhammad,

The best solution for this issue is to create a parameter (Z-)transaction based on SM30 for this specific view. This thread will give you some pointers. In that way you can give access to one view without opening up all possibilities & risks of SM30.

Hope this helps,

Jurjen
