We are facing the following issue regarding the SAP Business One Sales App (hosted by 3rd party cloud).
Using tablets with Android version 5 we try to login to sales app but it failed with internal server error (see attached image). Notice that when we perform reinstall of sales app or clean the cache of application we establish 2-3 successfully logins but after that the same issue occurs.
Notice that this happens to all mobile users but only for Android. We do not experience any connection issue with iPAD for the same mobile users.
Do you have any idea? Have you ever experience the same issue?
