How to Refresh Data in the Crystal Reports Viewer

Hello,

We have a trial of Crystal Reports, and Crystal Reports Viewer. We want to be able to create reports with the full version and give the viewer to users to be able to generate reports. We are unable to refresh the data in the viewer. Is there away to refresh the data in the viewer so that it can be up to date?

Unfortunately, no. The Viewer only shows the data that is saved with the report. However, you have a number of options for allowing users to view reports.

3. Purchase SAP Crystal Reports Server, to which you can publish reports. Users then access the reports through a web interface.

Found the free version of "Crystal Delivery" from http://www.groffautomation.com/ was sufficient for my needs.

The link of third-party tools came in handy. Thanks.
