Ariba Guided Buying - Quantity must be a whole number

Hi Gurus,

I encountered an error - Quantity must be a whole number if decimal input in the quantity field in Ariba Guided Buying.

How can I enable the decimal for unit of measure, such hour, kilo, etc.
