How to learn sap hana on your own

Hello , i am working as an abap developer for 4 months and i would like in the future to move to business intelligence (BW or HANA ). 192.168.0.1

I have installed hana studio and got ha na trial but i dont know what to do and i dont have enought data to test it.

Where can i find real data to run on hana , also what kind of exercises can i do to learn hana ( if i have the data).
