I tried to upload alternative BOM through LTMC in S41909, the system is not allowing? Could you help me on that?

This is as per design you can only create one alternative please refer SAP KBA on it, 2545698 - You receive the Error 29037 'BOM already exists for material, plant, BOM alternative' when creating alternative BOM
