Define receiver type WBS in the allocation structure of a settlement

Hello Community,

I wanted to settle a WBS element to another WBS element in the app "Run Settlement-actuals" and I got the following error message:

So where I can define WBS as receiver type in an allocation structure?

Please name me useful solutions and the relevant particular steps to solve the Problem.
