Dear SAP community,
I'm dealing with the following case: When launching a form for one employee, this employee only appears if we tick the "include inactive employees" box. It should not be the case since this user is active based on his employee profile data. I run a report on users in the instance and the user was included - with active status. This employee has, however, a termination record in EC on Job Info, from a previous legal entity that was irretrievably separated from the company.
My question is, does the functionality of "Launch Forms" retrieve user information based on "active status" appearing in the Job Information portlet, rather than EP data? Or what am I missing?
