Unable to use IAS API - SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication

Hi,

I am unable to use the Identity Auth Service APIs for the below scenarios as mentioned in the SAP Help document.
SP User ID Retrieval - SAP Help Portal
SP User Information - SAP Help Portal
SP User Deactivation - SAP Help Portal
SP User Deletion - SAP Help Portal

When the APIs are executed using a POSTMAN client, the response is always 404. Did anyone face an issue in this regard.? Kindly advice on a solution to resolve this issue.
