CCO linked to BYD : Payment in advance - down payment are possible ?

Hello

When CCO is linked to SAP BYDESIGN, is it possible to do a payment in advance (=down payment)?

(Customer pays 10€ in advance, a specific ticket is printed, he comes back later , he pays 90€ and shows his specific ticket . Now he can take the product of 100€).

I believe it is possible when CCO is linked with Business One. I just want to know if it possible when CCO is linked with BYD.

Hello guillaume-cerealog,

With SAP BusinessOne we support down payments, payment of existing Invoice etc.
However these scenarios are not supported with ByDesign.
