terms of delivery not defined error while cancel the release in ME35L

Dear Experts, Getting "terms of delivery not defined" error while cancel the release for Scheduling Aggrement in ME35L. We have maintained Incoterms and Inco Location 1 as well. But still getting this error. Kindly guide ASAP.
