Change Management (PLM-CR) Vs Engineering Change Management (LO-ECH) S/4HANA

Hi experts,

I need to know what is the difference between Change Management (PLM-CR) and Engineering Change Management (LO-ECH)? I guess Change Management is new version for Engineering Change Management with simple processes.

Change Management (PLM-CR)

Engineering Change Management (LO-ECH)

Also is it possible to use Management Of Change instead of Engineering Change Management or Change Management? Does it cover those?
