Hi,
We have SSO all set up for SAP Enable Now/Web Assistant. So the end users Enable Now license should be activated automatically (as with others I have done).
However some users have received an email to activate their account.
Why should they get this? I cant see any notifications set for this in Server Settings?
Could it be if the user was assigned not just to a Learner?

Hi David,
you are right, there shouldn't be an automatic email when the user is activated via SSO. Have you checked if these users maybe have duplicate users and these were created manually earlier?
There are not notification settings for this and it's not depending on the role of the user.
Maybe there were manual users with the same ID before and deactivated and now they have become reactivated via SSO and they got an email?
