Hello community,

I would like to know if there is functionality concerning personnel transport.

I clarified my point, I work within a university which manages the transport of personnel (doctoral student, professor, employee, ...) and my question is: is there a solution to this scenario ? if yes , how can it be managed and what will be the process ?

There is certainly functionality existing, the choice of software functionality depends on the individual use case, though.

If you want to transport personnel similar to cargo, meaning treating them as a group and assigning an individual vehicle resource to this group, SAP Transportation Management could do that.

In most cases, though, the transport of people involves means of public transportation or transportation service providers. Booking a rental car, a shuttle, or a scheduled bus, or train ride would be something you could with SAP Concur.
