Enable Product Hierarchy in S4HANA

Hello Experts,

How to generate Product hierarchy for reporting in S4HANA on-premise solution. There is a standard view (Master Data Product Hierarchy) which is based on table HPHRY but its not returning any value for Hierarchy ID.

Table T179 has Hierarchy created but its not showing up in this table.

Is there a way to create/import Product Hierarchy ID in S4HANA on-premise 2020 or 1909?
