S/4 HANA Retail - Store order Control & STO From Distribution centre to Retail store

Hi All,

Store order control and Stock Transport Order both are same to transport Articles from Distribution centre to Retail store and Retail store to Retail store.

Please share configuration settings.

SPRO > Sales and Distribution > POS Interface > Inbound > Store order control

Hi Andras,

Thank you very much for your help.

1. For IS-Retail S/4 HANA, Need settings of Purchase order type UB (Intra), NB (Inter) for Distribution Centre to Store / Site and Store to Store.

2. Bit confused, Along with Store order control settings, Is it necessary to do settings on Materials Management also. (SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase order > Set up stock transport order)

3. Below settings I know, But in case of point 1, what are the PO, Delivery, Schedule line category (Movement type) and Billing types.

Intra Company STO P.O type UB, NL - Replenishment delivery, Item category NLN - Stand Stock Transfer Item, Schedule line category NN - Replenishment w/o MRP 641(Two step) (One step 647) F8 Delivery related pro forma

Inter Company STO P.O type NB, NLCC - Replen.Cross-company, Item category NLC - InterCo Stock Tr.Itm, Schedule line category NC - Intercompany replen. 643 (Two step) (One step 645) IV Intercompany billing

SPRO > Sales and Distribution > POS Interface > Inbound > Store order control

Each single setting here is highly depending on the configuration of your system, which is unique (e.g. used document types).

If you could specify the question, might help to answer.
