Can you amend a Service Entry Creation Date?

Is it possible to change the Create Date of an SE? I need to create an SE against a PO raised 4 months ago. Account Assignment in PO refers to a WBS number however as there is currency conversion differences (PO in GBP, WBS calculated in USD), each time I create the SE I receive an error message stating the budget is exceeded. Therefore I wondered if I could create an SE with the creation date of November 2020, the same month as PO was created? Or is there a way to create the SE so that WBS error does not flag up, without having to increase the budget limit?
