Send Account Statement via e-mail.

Hi Gurus

I am having the requirement to send the account Statement via e-mail. To achieve this, I have created the correspondence variant and Dispatch Control as mail.

The correspondence variant and dispatch control are maintained at Contract account master data level.

When I am executing the FPCOPARA, system is not generating any mail requests when I am checking through T.Code: SOST. Please advise, do I need any other settings in the configuration or ABAP Development?

Since you configured print workbench e-mail functionality try printing through EA29 or EA60 ?

Thanks for your responds, EA29 or EA60 Generates Print-Out for IS-U Invoices, and not the FI-CA Account Statement.

My query is pertaining to the FPCOPARA Correspondence Printing to trigger an e-mail to the Business Partner.

Thanks for the reply Christina.

I have went through the referred link pertaining to the print workbench e-mail functionality.

The SMTP configuration is set-up successfully, However the issue it's relating to the FPCOPARA not sending an e-mail to SOST.

Is there specific configuration required on the Correspondence Variant, Correspondence Type to enables e-mail functionality to work?
