Dear Team,
This is to inform you that regarding one of our clients, we are facing the databases not showing issues where we are able to connect the SLD but DB’s are not visible, we are facing this issue on a daily basis after the backup ends. So, each time we need to restart the DB service and then it's starts working.
The issue started after we had enabled the consistency check of daily DB backup as suggested by SAP support, now we have disabled the check still the issue persists.
We have tried SAP Note 2058258 but still the issue persists.
We have been doing this activity from past 6-7 days, So can you please guide us on why this issue is occurring and what is the solution/way forward for this issue.
