Cash discount amount can not be posted in mir7

Hi Experts,

I am trying to park invoice in mir7 for Import PO, in which i just want to pay only Import IGST 18% on asessable amount which was entered manually by user. here Basic Custom duty is 0, i am entering 0.01 , but system showing a message as specified.
