Products not available in the active model 000 when CIFed into APO

Hi folks

I'm working on SCM4.1.When I CIF products from R/3 to APO the products are not available in active model 000 by default.The products (materials) are in the active Integration models in R/3. Please suggest me the detail steps to be follwoed in this regards.
