SAP solution manager - process diagrams

Dear, I'm currently describing the business processes and creating collaboration diagrams. SolMan 7.2 SP10.

When I've created the diagrams, I can show the transactions which are linked to my process steps, by clicking on the dartsboard symbol above the process step.

Now, I've 2 questions.

1) For some of my process steps, the transaction is appearing and not the name (=description) of the transactions. What could be the reason/solution for that ?

2) Is it possible to show in this overview the transaction code AND the transaction description ? E.g. VA01 Create sales order
