Transporting Roles from one system to another in S/4 HANA Cloud (SaaS)

Hello All,

We are working in S/4 HANA Cloud (SaaS) System, where we would like to transport few roles from Q system to Test tenant system (copy of Q system). Can anyone confirm whether the transport through "Export Software Collection" and "Import Collection" apps will allow the transport path only from Q to P or is it default option ? or we have the provision/option to select and transport to desired system based on our need? Kindly assist.
