Fiori launchpad error 500 internal server error message E 00 001 can not be access in plugin https

I have a problem when open fiori launchpad as picture below, what should i do ?

What does the network tab from Chrome's developer tools tell you in this case?

Seems like something in SAP standard or your custom code that tries to do something that expects to have a SAP GUI available i.e. GUI_DOWNLOAD.

Additional information, if I use t-code /n/UI2/FLP. It will show error as picture. but if I use by URL "https://xxxxxx:44312/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html?sap-client=200", it will show fiori log-in screen.sucessfully
What should I do to be able to use fiori from t-code /n/UI2/FLP ?
