SCP Trial Account not able to access

Dear Expert,

I hit an error while access trial subaccount as below screenshot.

I'm not deleting it and recreate because there are a lot of my trial working projects.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I hope you're able to get back into account. Anyway you should keep all your work in an external Git repository.

Unfortunately I did't backup my work in an external Git repository due to it was just for testing purpose. I'll be more alert next time.

Do you know any SAP Expert that able to help looking on this?

Hi hannasalamon,

The "Update Failed" indicator is not showing now but I still faced the same error 500.

I've clear my cache browser and access via incognito mode.

Here, attached the network error log screenshot when I clicked the subaccount.

Let me know if you need the HAR network log file. The comment at here not support HAR extension attachment and I'm not able to upload it. I could sent it over to you if you need it for further troubleshooting.
