Why total counter reading does not total up the difference entered for measurement document？

Hi PM Guru,

It is strange that after the counter reading differences are entered by transfer, they are not accumulated.

I checked the original counter, it it correctly summed up.

What are the possible reasons?

Pls kindly share.

Check down the transfer structure to see if all levels are being updated.

Hi Pete,

We don't use it for structural transfer but for the same piece of equipment.

Below are some examples that the reading.are not rolled up.

I can't figure out what are the possible reasons.

Check if any of these measurements have been cancelled..

Also, did you enter s "difference" and "counter reading" as the same value?

Yes there is a program to cancel the measurement created by interface with MES with difference entered.
