alazzer - As per my information this is Saudi legal requirement. Kindly check with the end users, they might be able to give you the right information on the local requirement. If they dont need it then you can simply change this in configuration.

Dear junaid.ahmad007 ,

Yes, I know, i read the information and it seems a fiscal requirement, but users haven't never seen this field, they use to fill in the data CR in the identification number instead of the localizatio field. For this i'm in doubts.

Regards

Anna

Dear Junaid, many thanks, but I think it's not so easy. I need to understand if this field is a fiscal requirement for Saudi or not and where it is used, if yes I can't just delete it, they need a correct check, don't they?

Hi Andrea,

Not sure about the setting in your system. But if you don't want this error you can set this up in config in SSCUI mentioned above.

Hi alazzer, - Plz check that you have maintained the certificate details in the BP and your config is complete.

Hello Junaid,

the Flow users don't follow the procedure shared in the main cloud documentation. They told me they never fill in the CR in the table at company level. So I don't understand why now the system has begun to ask this information, maybe do you know?

Many thanks

Hi alazzer,

I agree with marty.mccormick and as per my information, suppliers that have 100,000 Saudi Riyals in capital are legally required to register with the Commercial Register Office and are issued a commercial registration certificate with a Commercial Registration Number (CRN).Please look into the below link,

https://help.sap.com/viewer/ddd685ebd8614e7b8d8eaf4d001e7c40/2102.500/en-US/1c7addecaa3543d385aac1f3...

Besides that also have a look into the below SSCUI's in your system to check whether someone has change the settings. You can make the Certificate requirement as Mandatory, Not Manadatory, Mandatory with error and Madatory with Warning.

SSCUI - 101310 Define Certificate IDs

SSCUI - 101231 Assign Certificate IDs

Note: These SSCUI's are only available in the countries where this is the requirement. For example Saudi Arabia.

I know some countries require vendors to have certain certifications. Is it possible you are creating a vendor for a country that requires a vendor certificate? https://help.sap.com/viewer/3c0da5f52dfd44caa169b9a4f4dee121/2102.500/en-US/d26649c4c2344777bf6d0bba...
