Populating Serial Numbers in Automatic Multiple Delivery Creation

Hi,

In our business process we are using "Mass creation of Sales orders" app for creating multiple sales orders at once(creating multiple sales orders based on a template based spreadsheet).

New Requirements:

1.Create deliveries in bulk for these orders.

2.Automatically determine Batch and Serial Numbers for the items in these deliveries

With respect to requirement 1 we are exploring the functionality of "My Sales order items due for Delivery"app for creating multiple deliveries at once.

With respect to requirement 2, we have activated automatic Batch determination for materials. Hence we are able to achieve Batch determination automatically in the delivery document.

But we are not able to Generate/Pick serial numbers automatically during this delivery creation. Can any of you suggest ways to achieve this?

To your requirement 1 - Create deliveries in bulk for these orders, you could use the following Fiori apps -

App ID - F0869A
App Name - Create Outbound Deliveries - From Sales Orders

App ID - F2228
App Name - Schedule Delivery Creation

Hi Ragavi,

How are you doing?

To partially answer the question above. Picking Serial Numbers automatically can be set in the Serial Number Procedure - Serial Number Usage 04 - Automatic.

So in the procedure for Maintain Delivery- you can select 04- Automatic.
