Place a Guidline Exactly or Know Exaclty Where it is Placed?

Currently I know only how to click and drag guidelines across the horizontal rule.

Is it possible to place it in an exact position, or know at exactly what point it placed?

Place an object in the report and set the X and Y position so that it is exactly where you want it. Then move the guideline until it "snaps" to the left side of the object.
