Fiori ,SAPUI5 applications not showing in content manager in CF

i have been trying to integrate varous sample /tutorial applications in CF launchpad. I have followed steps of MTA deployment and subscribed to 'Lauchpad' service as well.

But I am not able to see the deployed app in the content manager tab of the Site Manager. Error encountered when try to 'Fetch updated content' in Provider Manager

any help /pointer would be highly appreciated
