Fiori ,SAPUI5 applications not showing in content manager in CF

i have been trying to integrate varous sample /tutorial applications in CF launchpad. I have followed steps of MTA deployment and subscribed to 'Lauchpad' service as well.

But I am not able to see the deployed app in the content manager tab of the Site Manager. Error encountered when try to 'Fetch updated content' in Provider Manager

any help /pointer would be highly appreciated

This is probably a bug in trial CF platform. I saw a few of my apps in the content manager couple of hours back but now the same problem is back:

1. No applications shown in the Content manager

2. Refresh button in the provider manager screen again throws error as shown in the screen shot

I have deployed several Fiori/SAPUI5 applications and many are succesfuly showing the output in URL. But I am facing this issue while trying to integrate into launchpad.

I am sending the asked files of one of the projects .(taken from SAP samples github).
