Urgent: Successfactor audit trail, actions definitions

Hi,

Can you please help me to explain a few 'Action' definitions. What does following mean?

1. Skip?
2. Manual Modify?
3. Manual Sign?
4. Manual Route?
5. When will someone typically use 'Re-route a completed document'?
6. Modified (what is the difference to 'Manual Modify')?
7. Final Form?
8. What is v4admin?

Hello,

These are the actions which can be visible on an Audit Trail of the Performance form.

1. Skip? - If a form is on the particular step of your Route Map and you are routing it to a different step selecting an option "skip step to continue the process", this action will be visible in the audit.

2. Manual Modify? - If a form is on the particular step of your Route Map and you are routing it to a different step selecting an option "on behalf of someone", this action will be visible in the audit.

3. Manual Sign?- If you are signing the document through "sign document" functionality

4. Manual Route? - If you are routing the form through "Route form" functionality
5. When will someone typically use 'Re-route a completed document'? - When the form has been reached to the Completion step and you are trying to re-route it to any of the Previous steps.
6. Modified (what is the difference to 'Manual Modify')? - If the actual owner of the step is modifying the form.
7. Final Form?- When the form reaches to completion, this action can be seen in the Audit

8. What is v4admin?- It is an admin account through which you are routing the document.
