Add the file attachment symbol(icon) to FBL5N in a standard way

Hi Gurus,

Would you know how/if I can add the file attachment symbol to FBL5N in a standard way? We would like to see in the line item display which documents have an attachment rather than opening each document to see if an I attachment exist. These attachments were added to the document at the line item level.

I checked in SPRO Financial accounting-Accounts receivable and Account Payable-line item-Display line item but I don't see the icon in BSEG table(below the screen).

Any help is much appreciated.

To add a customer field in the line items report, check SPRO documentation and/or OSS notes

• Financial Accounting - > Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Customer Accounts -> Line Items -> Display Line Items -> Define Additional Fields for Line Item Display
• 984305 - Line item: Definition of special fields (T021S) which also delas with customer fields ZZ-fields
• BAdI FI_ITEMS_CH_DATA (for better performance than BTE)

To detect if a FI document has some attachment, perform some search on table SRGBTBREL or method CL_BINARY_RELATION=READ_LINKS.
