What's the best way to display different KPIs in S4 EWM in a HEC environment

Hello,
in one of our current SAP EWM projects we are running an explore phase using a S4 EWM 1909 on HEC.

Within this explore phase we want to show the customer several possibilities how specific KPIs (for Inbound, Outbound,... ) can look like in form of user friendly dashboards.
Therefor we planned to use SAP Smart Business for Extended Warehouse Management 1.0.

But now we got the information, that this is not recommended due to previous experiences.

Can anybody give me more insights here, or tell me any proper alternative, which we can make use of without development?

The main goal in this phase is to evaluate possible gaps between standard features and the customer's needs with a "hands on" feeling.
