Hi,
we by accident terminated the free trial version of ERP IDES on HANA.
Then we yesterday re-activated the software. This activation is running since yesterday. We do not receive any message. Activation is running and does not end.
We began working with the system two days ago and want to use it for the free trial period of a month. Can it be reactivated. It now is in the status of terminated and we cannot start the instance again.

this morning the instance was not shown in CAL.
I again tried to start the instance and now it is since 9:15 in the status of activating (see attached screenshot). It's not that we cannot connect to an existing IDES instance.
The instance of the IDES-ERP cannot be activated.
