Material Quantity Calculation - Best Practice Guide

Can someone point me to the best Practice Guide for Active Ingredient Management and Material Quantity Calculation as part of PP-PI ?

There was P05 in ECC but I was looking for the Best Practice in S4 and in the Best Practice explorer and could not find it ?
