How to display a field from Inbound Webservice into a new column in Display Change Requests in MDG.

Hi Experts,

We have a external system which is creating change requests using Inbound webservice in MDG-BP. The system is using a technical user which is being displayed in from column in MDG: Change Requests screen.

The requirement here is to get the original user name and the Business Partner ID from a Webservice field and use it to populate two new columns, one for the business partner number and one for the SOA field.

I have searched repeatedly for appropiate documents but could not find them.

Could somebody please guide how is this possible.
