OSTS status issue in Notification, unable to close it

Dear experts,

There is an issue raised by the client and it is related to OSTS status (Outstanding Task) in the Notification.

Current status of notification is NOPR ORAS OSTS

There is no task code or code group assigned in the notification however the table QMSM shows an entry. No task tab is configured for this type of notification in SPRO

Since the status is OSTS, the user is not able to close the notification. Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue? In case this is due to some inconsistency, can you suggest some correction program
