Error in sending outbound idoc when there is po change

Hi All,

Need some inputs for the issue. We are creating a PO and once the PO created the custom output is triggered and processed succesfully. When we try to change the Same PO, the output is not processed and showing an error "EDI: Partner profile outbound process code not available". Please help me on what might be the cause for this.
