CIG - /ARBA/CO_SI_SOURCING_UPLOAD

Hello Experts.

I´m working in a project migration to move some insterfaces from PO to CIG. I received a request to replace this interface /ARBA/CO_SI_SOURCING_UPLOAD and /ARBA/CO_SI_SOURCING_DOWNLOAD to CIG without using MDG. Is it possible?
