Web item with the name "QUERY_TITLE" already exists in Web template "main_t

Hi All,

I am experiencing the following error when i try to execute a query/Web template directly on the web or through the Portal:

"<b>Exception in BI runtime

Initial cause

Message:

Web item with the name "QUERY_TITLE" already exists in Web template "main_template"

Stack trace:

com.sap.ip.bi.base.exception.BIBaseRuntimeException: Web item with the name "QUERY_TITLE" already exists in Web template "main_template" "

If any body has com across this, please advise on how to fix it.
