In maintain BP the employee name has been switched with another employee name when compared to set up in success factor? How to fix whilst the employee numbers are already in use. Can this be amended in SAP or does it need to be in Success factor?
If you change the name in success factors, it should automatically update the employee business partner. If not you could try report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE.
