Hello ehabsengab

According to the versions you posted, it seems like you may be using an outdated version of the integration scenarios (not the Integration Framework), or you may not have updated the integration database.

Please download the latest scenarios from note 2163033 - B1if Scenarios for SAP Customer Checkout 1.0 SP03 and SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 and higher and make sure to follow Step 9 under "Step-by-step approach" to update the integration database.

Let me know if this worked...

Best regards,

Joerg.

Hello ehabsengab ,

I'm glad the original issue was resolved.

In order to solve the "Unbalanced transaction" error, please check if your currency and exchange rate definitions match between B1 and CCO. Pay attention to "Indirect" vs "Direct" and make sure the currency has the same code, or you have set up an appropriate mapping for the currency code in CCO.

Also try to cancel the transaction in the monitor and then resend the invoice from CCO to B1 to make sure you get a "fresh copy" of the document from the POS, since any documents you have received before the scenario version update may be inconsistent to incomplete information having been saved before.

Any further errors in the monitor, you can check note 2693418 - Known errors in SAP Customer Checkout monitor when using SAP Customer Checkout with SAP Bu....

Best regards,

Joerg.

Hello ehabsengab

It seems like you are using an old version of Business One that does not have the BPLId column. Can you confirm the versions you are using for:

  • CCO
  • Integration Scenarios
  • Business One

Best regards,

Joerg.
