C4C1702: Request for ERP Quote in Opportunity

Hello,

with the previous releases it was possible to select the button "Request ERP Quote" within an opportunity.

With 1702 release the button is not available anymore. Also in Fine-Tuning Activity Opportunity -> Custom Status Scheme the button could not be assigned anymore to a custom status.

Does anyone have an idea how I can trigger an ERP quote from an C4C Opportunity now?

Hi Anne,

Yes, even with 1702 release it is possible to request an ERP sales quote from an opportunity in C4C.
