update PO delivery address

Hi,

we are using BAPI_PO_CHANGE to update/change PO delivery address. It works fine for ZIC(intercompany orders), but not for NB orders and defaulting from Plant as storage location is not available (as in L2012F18).

Any pointers on how to achieve this for all doc types ?
