How to set up it in UoM for customer dispatches and STO?

Do you know, in case of Units of issue is set up in the material master work scheduling view ( purpose to have BOM in lower units than base):

• Will system GI at base UoM for the customers or in UoI
• Will system GI at base UoM for STO or in UoI

If the answer is UoI, is there a way to set up it in UoM for customer dispatches and STO?
