i would like creating an xml File to implement the system. If i want to create an xml file from the development system get this message:

SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2-Initial Shipment Stack is not visible to your user or might be archived. (See picture)

I've upload the last information from Solution Manager to SAP Portal.

What must i do to create an xml file from this system?

Hello,

According to SAP Note 2488396, if you plan a system with reference to another system , and the Support Package level of the reference system has been archived, you cannot use Maintenance Planner to generate the XML with this option.

Support Package stacks 0 (initial) to 08 of Solution Manager 7.2 are archived. If the reference system is below SP09, then you will get this error message.

Hello Miguel,

as I understood Mario correctly he is using a SPS9 system as a reference.

Since the error message points to SPS0 I'm guessing there is something wrong with the generated Stack.XML.

thank you for the update.

Did you follow note 2287046 to generate the XML from the SolMan Java and did you check the content of the generated XML File (especially the LMService component should be LMSERVICE09* in your case)

I tried to plan a new system by myself (as a SAP employee). Currently the lowest SPS-option I got is SPS12 (the latest one; released in Feb. 2021). So it might be that SPS0 is already archived. Btw.: due to the support hub synchronization update in 01.01.2020 - the lowest SAP Solution Manager Support Package stack customers can run is SPS7 (better SPS8)

Back to your question: what are you trying to do in detail?

Do you:

• have a SPS0 SolMan installed
• e.g. for ABAP using tCode SPAM/SAINT -> Generate system info XML (see note 2287046)
• uploading this XML to the the maintenance planner as a new system
• Getting the error message from your attached screenshot?

Its missunderstanding. It's not ABAP System. Its a JAVA System.

About you question:

I'll get this message from maintenance planner if try "plan new system as reference xxx"
