Good day,

Can you please qualify information about SSO for SAP Enable Now.

We would like to activate SSO for this system and it allows us activate integration between SAP E Now and SAP SF (for web assistant). But I have read info that it is possible to use three themes for SSO activating. Active directory-SAML IP-IAS, Active Directory- SAML IP these two variants are the most suitable for us, but we would like to separate our employee on two groups, for foreign employee we would like to use the first scheme and for local the second scheme, Will SAP E Now support two schemes simultaneously ?

The second question is: How SAP E Now is connected with Active directory ( may be some instructions is available).

Hi Sofia,

It depends if you are talking about the Cloud or the On-Premise version of SAP Enable Now.

in my experience, there is a way to do this if you are using SAP IAS with the SAP Enable Now Cloud Version. You have to create conditional authentications in IAS. For example if the user has @domain in the email to do the authentication to SAML IDP and the rest to IAS (users must be imported in IAS).

At the same time, this means there is no direct integration with AD. We need LDAP and Cloud Connector or a SAML capable IDP (see Infocenter here). These are the options for Cloud SSO. In any case it's worth opening a support incident if you need help setting up the SSO - you will need to contact support in any case to facilitate the metadata exchange.

For On-Premise, you can check the Manager Guide (SQL / HANA).
